By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing includes:
- Order verification
- Quality check
- Packaging
We reserve the right to extend processing times during high demand periods, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times vary depending on location:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather or force majeure events
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
We may offer free shipping promotions at our discretion.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to:
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Customs fees
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
The customer is solely responsible for all customs charges.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments
- Reshipping may require an additional fee
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order is handed to the carrier, NebulaNest is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Carrier delays
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
- You must contact the carrier directly
- We may assist at our discretion but do not guarantee replacement or refund
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
FAILED DELIVERY / UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Unclaimed shipment
We reserve the right to:
- Charge a reshipping fee
- Deduct original shipping costs from any refund
DELIVERY ISSUES
You must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your order has not arrived.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for investigation or compensation.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.
